|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I had a great experience moving into Modera Clarendon. David was so helpful and friendly, making sure to ease my worries when the electric company said they couldn’t hook me up for three more days. He handed me a neat little check in packet on move-in day, filled with goodies and tips for starting my stay off right. The quality of the homes and amenities are first rate. They're designed for smart devices and even allow you to hide unsightly cords for wall mounted televisions. It feels safe and secure. Very chill. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. I’m most impressed with the Mill Creek worry free guarantees. It says a lot about the company ethic. Glad to call this place home.

|Recommended: YesPackage delivery service is slow — I am disappointed with the package delivery service. You are forced to opt in and pay for the happy to deliver service. This is frustrating as it can take a couple days to receive a package that has been delivered to the building. It would be much better to have a mail room or Amazon hub box so you can receive the package when it arrives and not have to wait an extra 1-2 days for a slow delivery.

We want to assure you that residents have the convenience of retrieving their packages at any time from the concierge, both during the week and on weekends. This allows you to access your deliveries as soon as they are available without any additional delays.
We appreciate your feedback and are continually looking for ways to improve our services. Your suggestions about having a mail room or Amazon hub box are valuable, and we will take them into consideration as we strive to enhance our residents' experience.
